Microsoft 365 Administration

In short, Microsoft 365 and Office 365 administration refers to manage applications, services, data, devices, and users across your Microsoft 365 services.

  1. Microsoft 365 Admin Center –
    1. Above all, we use Microsoft 365 admin center to centrally manage all Microsoft 365 and Office 365 suite of products.
  2. Azure Active Directory –
    1. Equally important, Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) is an enterprise identity service. Further, We use Azure AD admin center as it provides single sign-on, multi-factor authentication and conditional access to guard against cybersecurity attacks.
  3. Exchange Online – Microsoft Exchange Online (Exchange) is a hosted email for business. You can manage Exchange Online from Microsoft 365 admin center and from Exchange admin center directly. Exchange online is part of Microsoft 365 Administration.
  4. Microsoft Teams – Microsoft Teams is a business communication platform available as part of the Microsoft 365 family of products. You can manage Microsoft Teams from Microsoft 365 Administration or directly Microsoft Teams admin center.
  5. SharePoint – We can manage Microsoft SharePoint from Microsoft 365 Admin center or your configured https://companyName-admin.sharepoint.com portal.
  6. Microsoft 365 Security – We can directly manage security from Microsoft 365 Security admin center. Microsoft 365 Security center can be used to manage security and compliance across your Microsoft 365 organization.

In fact, I am writing about all these and being a cloud administrator, I included only services that I manage.
